What you’ll do 🧠
- Own the end-to-end creative strategy process turning research, competitor intel, creative instinct, and performance data into new top-performing ads
- Execute a mix of iterations (quick ad wins) and big swings (longer, more complex ad ideas) to scale ad spend
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and media buyers to turn napkin ideas into high-performing campaigns
- Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including performance marketing and product teams, to ensure alignment on creative direction and performance metrics.
- Stay on top of the latest trends, techniques, and platforms, using them to inspire fresh creative ideas.
What you’ll bring 💪
- 3-4 years of extensive media buying experience, particularly with Facebook (e.g. Growth Marketing, Creative Strategist, Media Buyer, Performance marketing etc.).
- Understanding of the importance of creative in the paid media landscape
- Strong understanding of ad performance metrics and how to translate data into actionable creative insights.
- Experience with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital marketing channels.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you know how to inspire and guide creative teams to meet business goals.
- A passion for creativity and a knack for combining data with storytelling to craft engaging and high-performing ads.
- Experience building creative briefs and guiding projects from ideation to execution.
