# Ad summary
Welcome to episode one of surprising My Nan with her dream garden, which honestly feels like a million miles away at the moment. So let's get started. We wanted some really awesome stone planters for her. So we're going to be giving these second-hand fireing cabinets a glow up. I picked this really lovely natural color from being Q. It's called slice of Reash by Valspar. After applying the first coat, I added sand and some PVA to the paint to create a stone effect texture, which is so effective. And I picked up a load of beautiful flower planting plants from being garden center. These were only seven pounds each, so you best believe, I bought a whole trolli full. And it's created such a cool little garden nook. And to provide some shade and some shelter from the rain, I'm building this lush roof pergola. I'll put all the details on this in the caption because it's such an amazing edition to the space. Also, barn alert, this garden set is 500 pounds, but it consists of a sofa, two swing chairs and a coffee table, which I think has such good value. And to finish, I added some solar additions, and I think this whole space has such a cool relaxed, but he's in to it and I love it so much. Make sure you come back for part two where I'll be creating more DIY moments and revealing the transformation to my nan. Let me know what you think to this space so far. Love Jack.
